Planting kiwi seeds
About 90% of the kiwi planting method for buying and selling kiwi in the world is in the form of seeds, which we will explain to you in full.
First step: Pre-planting
First, the seeds must be placed in lukewarm water at 30 to 40 degrees for 6 to 27 hours and the softness of the seeds is relative to the
hardness and firmness of the seeds and must be checked hourly.
It is better to place the seeds in a plastic container in a ziplock bag or a plastic bag and change the water every day to prevent the seeds
of this beloved fruit from rotting.
Note: It is better to use boiled rainwater so that your kiwis are more juicy and bear fruit faster, but if the seeds are very small and young,
there is no need to put them in water.
Step Two: Planting Kiwi Seeds
Your pot should be clean and it is better to use a new pot and the soil you use for planting kiwi should be a combination of coco peat +
peat moss + perlite and be sure to use rotted leaf soil and fine sand and even a small amount of animal manure.
Your soil should be moist and when planting, you should pierce the surface of the soil with the bottom of a stick or pencil and sprinkle the
seeds. You should not use your hands at this stage.
Step Three: After planting the seeds
You should create a greenhouse environment for this plant and put a plastic nylon over the pot and tighten it with a nylon strap or elastic
band. Make sure the nylon is transparent so that light can pass through the plant. And after 70 to 100 days, your seeds are ready and the
seedling needs more care. After 1 to 3 leaves, you pierce the surface of the pot to let the moisture out. At this stage, if your container is
small, you can move it to a larger place. Note that some seeds may germinate even earlier and on the contrary, it may take even 10 to 11
months, but patience is required to plant this plant.
